We're hiring a Franchise Management Trainee to join the Qiao Lin Hotpot team in Boston.

This isn't a typical restaurant management job. Our Management Trainee Program offers complete, hands-on business training across every part of running a restaurant brand, from daily store operations and team leadership to financial management, supply chain coordination, marketing execution, and brand development.

You won't just learn how to manage a restaurant. You'll learn how to run a restaurant business.

What You'll Learn and Gain

End-to-End Brand Operations

Gain a full understanding of how restaurants and franchise systems operate, including brand standards, supply chain coordination, operational efficiency, and how brand strategy is carried out at the store level.

Financial and Business Management

Learn to analyze a restaurant from an owner's perspective. You'll work with P&L management, labor cost control, food cost management, budgeting, sales data analysis, and profitability analysis.

Leadership and Team Building

Learn how to recruit, train, motivate, and lead high-performing teams while building a strong service culture and positive work environment.

Marketing and Customer Experience

Take part in local marketing, customer engagement, promotions, brand positioning, and strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.

Entrepreneurial and Business Mindset

Understand how different departments and business functions work together, and build the practical skills needed to manage a single store, multiple locations, or eventually your own business.

What We're Looking For

Recent Graduate

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Majors in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Management, or related fields are a plus.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

You're curious about how businesses work and want to learn through real-world experience, not just classroom theory.

Strong Communication Skills

Clear verbal and written communication. Bilingual English and Mandarin speakers strongly preferred.

Problem-Solving Ability

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling real operational and business challenges.
