Workforce Software Configuration Consultant

Salary: $146,931.2 - 167,731.2 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workforce Management and HR technology implementations
• Official certification in Workforce Software configuration
• Ability to analyze complex technical workflows and communicate findings effectively
• Preferred: active PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Preferred: hands-on experience with or familiarity with ADP platforms
• Preferred: strategic advisory experience in enterprise workforce planning
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills; adaptable and detail-oriented, with a consultative mindset

• Configure Workforce Software applications to meet clients operational standards and business objectives
• Assess clients HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend technology-based improvements
• Produce project deliverables, technical designs, and functional documentation
• Advise client stakeholders and mentor junior consulting staff

In this contract Configuration Consultant role, youll support digital transformation and serve as a trusted client advisor. The position is telecommute, with work hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and pay of $70.64–$80.64 per hour.
