The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic wealth advisory services, delivering tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth clients, and optimizing portfolio performance. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors to provide integrated wealth management strategies that align with client objectives. The VP will also be instrumental in facilitating impactful client meetings, contributing to organizational growth through strategic insights, and engaging in business development activities to enhance client acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities for the VP include managing diverse client portfolios, overseeing asset allocation, performance monitoring, and trading activities. The role also requires the coordination of comprehensive wealth management services, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, and proficiency in portfolio management, tax efficiency strategies, and alternative investments. A strong client service orientation, the ability to work collaboratively, and a Series 65 certification or equivalent qualifications are preferred. The candidate should be highly motivated, ethical, and possess a growth mindset, with familiarity in trust and estate planning, market trends, and financial regulations.
