We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to oversee the financial performance, daily operations, and overall success of a multifamily residential community.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who excels at financial management, operational efficiency, team development, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and improve Net Operating Income (NOI).
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve property performance.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency, invoice approvals, and financial accountability.
• Direct daily operations, ensuring excellent curb appeal, property maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Partner with maintenance leadership to manage service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and capital projects.
• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
• Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and cost-effective purchasing.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while promoting accountability and a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of apartment community management experience required.
