Qualifications and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid SLP licensure for the state of Ohio
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and related documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations across K-12
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing individualized therapy plans and tracking measurable progress toward specific goals
• Delivering direct speech-language therapy services in small group and one-on-one settings
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintaining accurate records and timely reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Educating families and staff on communication strategies that support student development
