Make a difference in the lives of students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Grove City, OH. Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills necessary to manage caseloads and documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy services to students, individually and in small groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the school and regulatory agencies
• Offer recommendations, resources, and support to faculty for creating inclusive environments
• Engage in professional development to remain current with best practices in speech-language pathology
