About the Opportunity


A highly successful entrepreneur, investor, and Founder & CEO is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic extension of his office and support a diverse portfolio of domestic and international business interests.


This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The Executive Business Partner will operate as a trusted advisor, right-hand partner, and central point of coordination across multiple operating companies, investments, and executive initiatives. The successful individual will help drive accountability, facilitate communication, manage complex priorities, and ensure seamless execution across a broad range of business and personal matters.


The executive oversees multiple business entities spanning various industries and geographic regions. The corporate office itself operates with the agility and discretion of a small family office environment, requiring a highly capable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting while maintaining exceptional judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.


This role is ideal for a seasoned executive support professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving outcomes, solving complex problems, and serving as a trusted business partner to a Founder and CEO.


Position Overview


The Executive Business Partner will work closely with the Founder & CEO to manage priorities, protect time, facilitate decision-making, and ensure critical initiatives move forward efficiently. The role requires a unique blend of executive support, project management, business operations, relationship management, and strategic coordination. Success will depend on the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and execute with minimal direction.


The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable coordinating international travel, preparing executive communications, managing high-priority projects, interfacing with global stakeholders, and serving as a trusted liaison on sensitive matters.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Partnership

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted extension of the Founder & CEO.
• Manage an exceptionally complex and dynamic executive calendar across multiple business entities and priorities.
• Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring the CEO's time is aligned with key business objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
• Track strategic initiatives, action items, and critical follow-ups to ensure execution and accountability.

Business Operations & Project Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple businesses and stakeholder groups.
• Drive progress on executive initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and business priorities across various entities.
• Assist with process improvement, special projects, and operational initiatives.
• Support business planning activities, leadership meetings, and executive communications.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, investors, advisors, clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships across domestic and international organizations.
• Facilitate communication and ensure follow-through on executive priorities.
• Represent the executive office with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Travel & Executive Logistics

• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, often involving multiple destinations, time zones, and business entities.
• Develop detailed itineraries and contingency plans.
• Manage executive meetings, events, speaking engagements, and special functions.
• Ensure flawless execution of logistics and scheduling.

Confidential & Strategic Support

• Handle highly sensitive business and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Exercise independent judgment in managing competing priorities and executive requests.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively implement solutions.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with executive objectives.

Qualifications


Required Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, Presidents, or other senior executives.
• Prior experience serving as a strategic Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff-lite, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting executives with multiple companies, investments, business lines, or complex business interests.
• Demonstrated success operating in an entrepreneurial, founder-led environment.
• Experience managing highly complex calendars, travel, projects, and executive communications.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities.

Professional Skills

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and related productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
