Marketing Intern

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support planning and execution of domestic and international tradeshows and events
- Assist with preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
- Manage inventory and coordination of giveaway and branded items
- Provide in-office operational support (printing, shipping, material preparation, supply coordination)
- Assist in developing event support materials and presentations
- Contribute to marketing campaign execution across print and digital channels

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Junior or Senior at a university/college
- Major related to events, marketing, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Availability to work a minimum 3 full work days a week (24 hours a week) in Melbourne office
- Ability to represent the company in a customer-facing environment with professionalism, including appropriate dress and a positive attitude
- Interest in working within a global organization, with curiosity and openness to learning about different cultures and international markets
