Role Description Sanders & Parks, P.C. is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the firm’s billing and financial operations. This role focuses on electronic billing and appeals, cash receipt processing, and billing follow‑up, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include: Submitting electronic bills, appeals, and budgets through platforms such as Tymetrix, CounselLink, and Legal Tracker Assisting with billing inquiries and resolving client issues Processing firm and trust cash receipts, including deposits, wire transfers, and ACH payments Tracking unpaid invoices and appeals and maintaining accurate billing records Client and matter setup/maintenance and review of reports for numerical accuracy Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in accounting or a related field preferred) 3+ years of experience in billing or a similar financial role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Pay: $25.00 per hour To apply: email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Learn more about our firm: #J-18808-Ljbffr
