Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in the daily life of residents.
Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
Initiate and manage care plans as necessary, supervising resident care effectively.
Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-Time, Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM
Compensation: $40-$48 per hour based on experience, plus a shift differential of $2-$3*

Qualifications

Active RN license in the applicable state.
Current CPR certification.
Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
