Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in the daily life of residents.
- Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate and manage care plans as necessary, supervising resident care effectively.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
- Schedule: Part-Time, Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM
- Compensation: $40-$48 per hour based on experience, plus a shift differential of $2-$3*
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
