Job Description Job Description The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations within the sales department and effective collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
Assist sales team with order processing and follow-up
Manage sales schedules and coordinate meetings
Prepare sales reports and track key metrics
Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues
Maintain sales databases and customer records
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and demos.
