Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a growing team of agents to help them achieve their professional potential.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our long-term growth goals.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships within the Arlington community.
Oversee daily operations to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
Recruit and train new talent to build a high-performing and collaborative sales culture.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Active Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in Virginia.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Deep understanding of the Arlington insurance market and local regulatory requirements.
