A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity in San Marcos, California, offers part-time, 1:1 behavioral support within a structured group home setting. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and fidelity
• Deliver consistent 1:1 support during daily routines and community activities
• Collect and record precise data on target behaviors and skill acquisition
• Employ approved crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques when needed
• Assist with life skills development, including hygiene, communication, and social interaction
• Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and residential staff
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment conducive to growth

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience supporting individuals with significant behavioral challenges
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior reduction methods
• Skilled in crisis intervention strategies and maintaining calm under pressure
• Professional, reliable, patient demeanor with confidentiality and documentation adherence

Schedule & Location:

• Approximately 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options (afternoons, evenings, or weekends) based on client needs
• Consistent 1:1 assignment with the same individual in a residential group home environment in San Marcos, CA
