Franchise Paralegal

Our client, a global Am Law firm with a premier franchise practice, is seeking a Franchise Paralegal to join its growing team in Santa Monica or Irvine (hybrid: 3 days in-office). This is a high-impact role supporting nationally recognized franchise brands across complex regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and corporate governance work. Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and coordinate annual Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) Assist with state franchise registrations, renewals, and exemptions Track deadlines and maintain multi-state compliance calendars Draft and revise franchise agreements, amendments, and renewals Support transactions, transfers, acquisitions, and due diligence Maintain executed agreements and document management systems Assist with general corporate work, including entity formation and governance Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in franchise law, corporate law, or regulatory compliance Experience within a law firm or in‑house legal department Knowledge of corporate governance and entity formation processes Familiarity with multi‑state filings and franchise compliance requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits $110,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience) Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office) Please apply to Bridgeline Solutions today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
