At Blake’s BBQ, we are a customer service company that happens to sell barbecue . Yes, the food matters. A lot. But the way we treat people matters even more. Every guest should feel welcomed, respected, and glad they came in.

• Take orders and help customers with menu choices

• Keep the dining room, counter, and work areas clean
• Support your teammates during busy times
• Follow Blake’s BBQ standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Help make every guest experience better than expected

We can teach BBQ.
We can teach the register.
We can teach the menu.

• Must be dependable and on time
• Must be friendly and professional with customers
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be willing to follow policies and procedures
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
