Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience for their Construction Litigation Team.

About the Role Defend clients in construction defect litigation matters.

Responsibilities Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions. Work closely with clients, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage litigation budgets. Prepare for and participate in mediation, arbitration, and, when appropriate, trial.

Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar. 2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, personal injury, or general liability. Strong deposition, writing, and case management skills. Required Skills Strong deposition skills. Strong writing skills. Strong case management skills. Preferred Skills Litigation experience in insurance defense.
