International Logistics Coordinator

Newnan, GA | Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) |Reports to: PM/Parts Manager ABOUT BSC Brent Scarbrough & Company is a 100% employee-owned heavy civil sitework contractor. When a machine is down on a job site, the clock is running — and this role is how we beat it. You'll be responsible for getting the right parts to the right technician at the right time, running deliveries yourself and coordinating routes and priorities for additional parts runners as the team grows. Every parts run is tracked in Clue, our fleet management software, against the machine it supports — so your work directly moves the number we care about most: how fast we get machines back up. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pick up and deliver parts from vendors, our shop, and the parts room to active job sites across our footprint Prioritize and sequence deliveries based on machine-down status, technician location, and job urgency — downed machines always come first Coordinate daily routing and delivery priorities for one or more parts runners, sequencing routes for maximum efficiency and coverage Log every parts run in Clue against the machine's work order — creating real-time visibility into delivery times and repair turnaround (we'll train you; smartphone/tablet comfort is all you need) Communicate ETAs proactively with technicians, field service managers, and the parts department Verify parts against work orders before leaving — right part, right quantity, right destination Keep your assigned company truck clean, organized, and maintained HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS Delivery turnaround time from dispatch to drop-off on machine-down work orders Delivery accuracy — right part, right site, first trip Complete, same-day logging of all runs in Clue WORKING CONDITIONS Frequent driving in all weather conditions across our regional footprint Regular presence on active construction job sites — required PPE includes hard hat, safety vest, and steel-toe boots Extended periods of sitting/driving alternating with lifting and loading Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly WHAT WE PROVIDE Late-model, well-equipped company work truck (non-CDL) Competitive hourly pay with overtime — up to 55 hours/week available during busy seasons Structured onboarding, including hands-on training with Clue and our dispatch workflow Employee ownership (ESOP) — you build equity in the company you work for [Benefits: health, 401(k) with match, PTO — confirm specifics with HR] WHAT YOU BRING Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no CDL required Minimum age 21 [confirm against BSC's commercial auto insurance requirements] Strong sense of urgency and ownership — you treat a down machine like it's costing you money, because as an owner, it is Ability to organize, prioritize, and re-prioritize on the fly as urgencies change Clear communicator by phone and text; comfortable using a smartphone/tablet app for tracking Ability to lift 50+ lbs and load/unload parts safely Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction sites, or parts operations a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
