Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

Our premier privately owned oral surgery practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our elite specialty team. As a multi-doctor, fee for service surgical practice, we are committed to providing a luxury level patient experience centered around compassion, professionalism, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment from consultation through surgery completion
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements professionally and confidently
Educate patients regarding surgical procedures, timelines, and next steps
Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and follow-up
Verify benefits and discuss financing options
Communicate with referring offices and specialty partners
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Deliver concierge level experience to every patient interaction
