Our premier privately owned oral surgery practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our elite specialty team. As a multi-doctor, fee for service surgical practice, we are committed to providing a luxury level patient experience centered around compassion, professionalism, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment from consultation through surgery completion
- Present treatment plans and financial arrangements professionally and confidently
- Educate patients regarding surgical procedures, timelines, and next steps
- Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and follow-up
- Verify benefits and discuss financing options
- Communicate with referring offices and specialty partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Deliver concierge level experience to every patient interaction
