Springfield, MassachusettsWe are an established and growing public accounting firm in Western Massachusetts and are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth and success of a respected CPA firm.The ideal candidate will bring deep public accounting experience, strong technical tax knowledge, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. This position offers the opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries while collaborating with an experienced team of accounting professionals.Required QualificationsActive CPA license8-10+ years of public accounting experienceCurrently serving as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director within a CPA firmStrong technical tax expertise and client advisory experienceDemonstrated leadership and relationship management skillsProven success working in a public accounting environmentPreferred QualificationsStable work history with strong tenureGeneralist tax background with exposure to a broad range of client needsExperience serving clients across multiple industriesBenefitsCompetitive Salary ($150k - $190k++ DoE)Flex schedulesFridays off during SummerPerformance BonusHealth, Dental, Vision401k MatchPTOPaid holidays
