The Quick Details (What You Need to Know) Role: Medical Information Specialist (Temporary Contract) Location: 100% Remote (Work from the comfort of your home!) Pay Range: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Contract Length: 6 Months Target Start Date: July 20, 2026 Core Purpose: Provide crucial Medical Information process support during the onboarding and implementation of a brand-new Medical Information Contact Center. What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Intake & Triage: Handle medical info inquiries across the product portfolio via phone, email, or MIRFs. Compliant Communication: Provide timely written or verbal responses using approved standard documents, FAQs, and resources. Safety & Compliance: Monitor and process adverse events and product quality complaints in strict accordance with SOPs. Cross-Functional Support: Manage the adverse event reconciliation process mandated by Pharmacovigilance and track departmental metrics. Reporting: Submit reports for Sunshine Act aggregate spend tracking. Project Launch: Assist with ad-hoc projects specifically tied to the implementation and onboarding of the new Contact Center. What You Bring to the Team Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in science or equivalent practical working experience in a Medical Information role. Experience: 5+ years in a pharmaceutical Medical Information department or a Medical Information Contact Center. Tech-Savvy: Experience working with Medical Information databases (e.g., SciMax MI/MIQ, IRMS, Veeva MedInquiry) is highly preferred. Therapeutic Knowledge: A background or familiarity with oncology, cardiology, neurology, radiopharmaceuticals, or medical imaging/diagnostic agents is a huge plus! Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, a strong working knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and a knack for working cross-functionally. Ready to Join Us?
