Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

Provides program and operational support. * Performs general work activities in support of office systems. • Review and compare information across spreadsheets, electronic case management systems, reports, and supporting documentation to verify data accuracy and consistency. • Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies to support research and resolution efforts. • Update records within the case management system and other databases in accordance with established procedures and verified information. • Perform data entry, record maintenance, quality assurance, and validation activities in support of departmental projects and operational priorities. • Maintain organized records of work completed, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress, trends, or issues to the assigned supervisor. • Protect confidential client information and comply with all applicable agency policies, procedures, and data security requirements.


Skills Required:

Strong keyboarding skills. * Ability to follow instructions.

Experience Required:

Previous Data Entry related experience

Education Required:

High School Diploma/GED

Additional Information:

3-month assignment.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
