Front Desk Agent - Hotel

Description We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and dependable professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and help ensure every guest feels at home from check-in to check-out. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations and payments, and supporting daily hotel operations with professionalism and a positive attitude. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - MONDAY - SUNDAY AS NEEDED We are looking for two front desk agents for the following shifts:
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage; familiarity with phone systems is essential.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
• Must enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences.
• Bilingual is a plus.
- Morning Shift 7 am - 3 pm
- Mid Shift 3 pm- 11 pm
