Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

Equipped with 12 state-of-the-art operatories, our dynamic team consists of 3 Doctors, 5 Hygienists, and 6 Dental Assistants working collaboratively to deliver top-tier patient care. Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Hygiene Assistant to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will be the ultimate wingman/wingwoman for our hygiene department. Our hygienists heavily rely on their assistants to keep their day on track, maintain an efficient workflow, and ensure our patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they are seated.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Assist hygienists with efficient periodontal charting, capturing high-quality X-rays, and performing coronal polishing.

• Patient Care: Warmly seat and dismiss patients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout their visit.

• Doctor Exams: Transcribe accurate, detailed clinical notes for the doctor during patient examinations.

• Turnover & Sterilization: Clean, sanitize, and set up hygiene operatories efficiently between patients; manage comprehensive sterilization processes for all clinical instruments.

• Documentation: Complete clear, precise clinical notes and update patient charts in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• X-Ray Certification (Required)

• Coronal Polishing Certification (Required)

• 8-Hour Infection Control License (Required)

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or multi-operatory dental practice is a major plus.

• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working as part of a tight-knit team.
