Training Director

At Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North, we are seeking a Training Director to lead the development and growth of our team. This role is designed for a high-capacity leader who is passionate about developing people, creating remarkable guest experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement. Role Overview As the Training Director, you will design, implement, and lead the systems that develop our team and sustain our culture of excellence, accountability, and remarkable guest experiences.
