Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) Associate

Position Overview The Alcon Supply Chain team is looking for early‑career graduates to join our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP). The program starts in January or June 2027 at our Fort Worth, TX location and offers a three‑year, full‑time rotational experience designed to advance graduates into leadership roles within Alcon’s Supply Chain functions. Program Structure Members complete three year‑long rotations: Supply Chain & Analytics, Transportation & Logistics, and Warehouse & Distribution. The program delivers mentorship, functional programming, networking events, tailored development, and executive presentations. Rotations Supply Chain & Analytics – Gain hands‑on experience in demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while supporting enterprise planning in a regulated, global supply chain. Transportation & Logistics – Build expertise in logistics operations, freight and carrier management, and trade compliance; understand how transportation decisions impact cost, service, and customer experience. Warehouse & Distribution – Develop a strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations, including inventory control, safety, compliance, and process discipline; support projects focused on daily execution and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Apply job‑related and foundational professional knowledge to complete assigned tasks and support project or operational objectives. Support enterprise, functional, or site‑level initiatives by completing deliverables accurately and on time. Collect, organize, and analyze information to support reporting, documentation, and decision‑making. Follow established processes, procedures, and governance requirements, particularly in regulated environments. Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders. Participate in performance feedback, development discussions, and learning activities. Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and accountability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline. Graduation by December 2026 or May 2027 (for a January 2027 or June 2027 start). Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0. Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities or projects. Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently. Commitment to a three‑year, full‑time (40 hours per week) rotational program in Fort Worth, TX.
