Requirements 2 years specialized work experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Refrigeration, Construction Management systems. 2 years post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Refrigeration or related field and 1‑year applicable work experience. Preferred Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university. Experience in Costworks or other estimating programs. Experience in AutoCAD and/or REVIT platforms. 5 years specialized work experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Refrigeration, Construction Management systems. Journeyman or Master's License. Summary The Refrigeration Construction Management Specialist will work under minimal supervision of a Professional of Record and/or Program Manager to complete a variety of construction management tasks including testing, verification, and reporting. This position requires proficiency in a variety of construction management activities required to determine a project's compliance with construction documents, specifications, building codes, and other regulations for multiple project types and disciplines.
