We pride ourselves on combining the atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader.ResponsibilitiesTasks and responsibilities include the following:Create and communicate conceptsDesign comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverablesFoster a collaborative environmentCommunicate and articulate concept rationalesBrainstorm and develop campaignsWork with the client on multiple projects at onceAssist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of the Creative groupPartner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the conceptsQualifications4-year degree2-4 years of Art Direction and strong digital design work experienceCreative agency experience desiredExpert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignRobust design portfolio with combination of print and webMastery of all design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software programsExperience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative executionStrong typographical, motion graphic, and interaction design skillsCandidate must be open to travel as neededOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
