Your design work is already smart and considered, and you’re as keen to learn as you are to raise the bar for the team.The Work:The specific details of the Art Director's role do vary, but common activities include:Familiarising yourself with the campaign and target audienceCollaborating with our Creative team to make the work greatInteracting with internal marketing partners and other members of the teamMaintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the clientOversee design projects, from conception to deliveryDesign original pieces, including illustrations and infographicsReview junior designers’ work to ensure high qualityRefine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareApply typography techniquesThink through and solve for complex creative challengesMaintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projectsLiaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are metHere's what you need:Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience developing creative content for events, marketing initiatives, or business communicationsYour other skills:Exquisite visual taste and creative storytelling skills (concept to craft)Confidence to work independently or in a groupProactive in sharing ideas and solving challengesSkills in managing people, projects and resourcesExcellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlinesProficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing toolsDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioIncorporate feedback and take/give direction wellTeam player with strong communication and presentation skillsThe foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the client or audienceMeticulous attention to detailYou’ve jumped head-first into exploring and adopting new AI tools and image-generation platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or others, as part of the creative process++ Please note, in order to consider your application, we do require a portfolio of your relevant work.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
