Art Director

Responsibilities Manage the concept, design, and execution of brand creative for PDP and e-commerce images. Oversee the design team to ensure concepts and brand vision remain consistently compelling. Partner with the Lead Stylist on all e-commerce photoshoots. Supervise the online photo team including photographers, stylists, and hair and makeup for product shoots. Art direct photo shoots and collaborate with the production team to cast models and select photographers. Supervise all pre- and post-production work for imagery in coordination with the Photo Editor, meeting tight deadlines. Generate ideas that bring the brand to life while maintaining high creative standards. Communicate and distill conceptual ideas to the team and creatively manage the daily workflow of the design group. Requirements BA in Marketing or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience within retail or brand environments. Experience with art direction and PDP. Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to troubleshoot with a solution-focused mindset. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to work quickly on high-level projects. Strong internal motivation, ambition, and capability to lead and mentor a design team. Working with the Creative Director, you will concept and present seasonal campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver across channels, ensuring brand integrity in PDP and e-commerce imagery and sustaining continuous brand experiences.
