Full-time Physical Therapists working under our 1099-tiered compensation model can earn up to $145,000 annually, based on visit volume. Treat one patient at a time, manage your availability, and provide individualized care without the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings. What You'll Do: As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Lakewood area. Responsibilities include: Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide one‑on‑one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals. Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy. Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function. Complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team. Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics. Manage your caseload based on your availability and employment structure. Compensation: We offer multiple compensation options based on your level of commitment and preferred employment structure. PRN:

• 72 per 4-unit follow‑up visit.
• 85 per evaluation.

Part‑Time W‑2:

• 65 per follow‑up visit.
• 75 per 4‑unit evaluation.

Full‑Time W‑2 Tiered Per‑Visit Option: $55-$70 per follow‑up visit. Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure. $75 per 4‑unit evaluation. Full‑Time 1099 Tiered Contractor Option: $70-$80 per follow‑up visit. Earn more per visit as you move through the tiered compensation structure. $85 per 4‑unit evaluation. Earning potential of up to $145,000 annually , based on visit volume. Full‑Time Salary Option: $92,000–$110,000 annually.
