About this Role The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to final decision.
