Facility Rental Supervisor (Part-Time)

Help create safe, successful events at our parks and facilities!

St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to serve as Facility Rental Supervisors . In this role, you'll oversee facility rentals, ensure renters follow agency policies, set up and break down tables and chairs, open and secure facilities, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Evening and weekend hours based on rental reservations
• Shifts may extend as late as 10:00 p.m.

Starting Pay:

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required (or ability to obtain if applicable)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and perform event setup and breakdown
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently
