• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Gather, organize, and verify all necessary documentation to support loan applications.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our loan management system.
• Provide timely updates to clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the loan process.
• Ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly and on time to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the commercial lending team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
