Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and plan maintenance to ensure continuous operations and eliminate equipment downtime.
- Directly supervise the hourly maintenance workforce; monitor employee performance; administer discipline; maintain positive employee relations.
- Implement maintenance processes and procedures
- Implement safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a supervisory capacity
- Previous experience maintaining heavy manufacturing equipment
- Demonstrated skills in maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Demonstrated electrical maintenance knowledge.
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
