Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts. Requirements Experience handling criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels. Ability to work collaboratively with fellow associates. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
