This role serves as a key customer-facing marketing and consulting position focused on supporting dealer partners in achieving stronger customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing performance. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building consultative relationships while guiding them on marketing strategies, program adoption, and performance optimization. Working in a remote, fast-paced, and data-driven environment, you will develop tailored marketing plans, monitor results, and recommend improvements based on market trends and performance insights. The role combines customer success, marketing strategy, and operational execution, requiring both analytical thinking and strong communication skills. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Assist in the creation of marketing processes, documentation, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, customer success, sales support, or consultative client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide advisory support to business clients or partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office tools, including data tracking and reporting platforms.
