Reach Truck Operator - Key Points

• Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
• Location: Logan Township / Swedesboro, NJ
• Pay Rate: $22.64 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Forklifts and Sit-Down Forklifts safely.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Stage orders for shipment.
• Organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Use RF scanners to pick, scan, and track inventory.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Work with food products including marinades, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Previous Reach Truck or Forklift experience required.
• Experience operating High Reach and Sit-Down Forklifts.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.64 - $22.64/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
