SOC Analyst II

Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of SOC Analyst II for a Cloud and Technology company located in Fulton, MD. The SOC Analyst II will focus on Tier 2 security Monitoring along with hands‑on experience utilizing Splunk and AWS. SOC Analyst II requires time in‑office 2 days per week in Fulton, MD. Responsibilities of the SOC Analyst II Analyze and respond to security alerts. Preform incident investigations and elevate as needed. Monitor and secure AWS environments. Use Tenable, defender, and AWS for vulnerability and configuration management.
