1ST SHIFT PAINTER

Painter PositionThe Painter position requires an individual able to follow Team Leader and Manager/Supervisors instructions, good listening skills and willingness to ask questions when further guidance is needed. This role requires good time management in organizing work and finishing it on schedule.Qualifications:Good analytical skills; good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with others in coordination of multiple job tasks Involving several process stepsA record of dependability and good attendanceBasic computer skills with Word/Excel/OutlookWilling to work overtime as neededMust be able to work with chemicalsMust work in a safe and professional manner at all timesMust poses attention to detail when working with painted partsDuties:Perform required lifting, bending, loading, unload of parts on relative production lineWork in coordination with all members of Parker Trutec to achieve desired resultsAssist in verifying that all tasks are completed for appropriate processing lines5S - Keep your work area clean and organizedUse all proper PPE requiredUnderstanding of the PC charts when parts need to be complete and set for processAbility to set up, use, tear down and clean paint machineryAdd paint to machine as neededAble work with a sense of urgencyAble to set/de-set and prep the fixtures needed for productionAdjust paint levels as neededAdditional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.
