divh2Assembler I/h2pThe Assembler I position will inspect, weigh, package, and sort out defective medical devices as required./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliKeep work area clean./liliMust have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort product for defects as required./liliVisual inspection of product to ensure good quality using various types of magnification./liliComplete production records and work order documentation as needed./liliWeigh count, package, and label finished product./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills Qualifications/h3ulliAble to comprehend and follow procedures as written./liliGood hand/eye coordination./liliAbility to take constructive feedback./liliAbility to work on assigned line or process at the production rate without requiring assistance from others./liliAcceptance of change and flexible to changing work environments. Willingness to learn new concepts / processes./liliAssemble parts from subcomponents (Hand Assembly Off-Line On-Line)./liliDemonstrated ability to identify communicate non-conformities and/or quality problems./liliEffective listening skills communication skills./liliSupports overtime activities as required./liliFollows all safety policies per required job tasks, including utilization of designated PPE./liliFollows attendance policy and is at their designated workstation at the required time./liliAbility to take direction from supervisor, coordinator, or line/cell leader and complete assigned tasks, with a positive attitude./liliContribute effectively as part of a team./li/ulh3Education and Experience/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED required./liliPrevious experience desirable./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliMust be 18 years of age./li/ulh3Travel Requirements/h3ulliPosition does not require travel./li/ulh3Physical Requirements and Work Environment/h3ulliWork is performed in a clean room environment./liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; depending on the machine they are operating./liliMust be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 25 lbs./li/ul/div
