Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting PreK-8th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant on-site for the full academic year starting September 2026. This dynamic, school-based position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing the unique chance to work closely with a diverse student population and make a genuine impact on communication skills development.

Key Attributes & Qualifications:

• Active Arizona SLPA license in hand
• Current IVP Fingerprint Card as required by the state of Arizona
• Proven experience or training in school settings, delivering services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, staff, students, and families
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for serving a PreK-8th grade caseload (final caseload will be determined)

Principal Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language interventions and support under the guidance of a licensed SLP
• Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress
• Assist in creating and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ success within the school environment
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school-based activities as requested
