About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of National Account Sales for Facilities Services. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B solution-based selling, particularly in the BSCs or facilities services sector. This role is pivotal in driving the sales process from initial contact to successful conclusion, with a focus on exceeding pipeline and profit objectives. The Vice President will work closely with the CEO and Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute national sales strategies, and will be responsible for building and managing a book of business, including aggressive research, identification, and targeting of potential clients. The position requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships at the C-Suite level, exercise creativity in sales and marketing strategies, and influence and collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, strategic sales planning, and the ability to influence key decision-makers. The role demands a candidate with excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and represent the company at various industry events. A background in financial modeling and proposal development is essential, as is the flexibility to travel. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a positive attitude, confidence, and enthusiasm, and will be dedicated to the values of the company, including the commitment to creating opportunities for team members to grow and succeed.
