Accounts Receivable Specialist

Reach out to customers and vendors via phone and email to verify and update account and payment details Input and maintain accurate financial and contact information within the company’s accounting platform Conduct online research and utilize internal resources to locate incomplete or outdated customer data Communicate professionally to clarify and correct discrepancies in account records Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams, particularly related to vendor documentation and payment processing Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and professionalism Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, organization, and consistency in all tasks Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
