We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the accounting team for a well-established manufacturing company. Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Details:

Location: Onsite in Warminster
Schedule: Mon-Fri8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description:

Process and post customer payments accurately and timely

Generate and distribute invoices to customers

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries

Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records

Prepare deposits and process credit card payments as needed

Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Maintain organized financial files and documentation

Accounts Receivable Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred

1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting experience

Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
