Location: Frisco, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (In Person)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk & Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role combines front office responsibilities with basic clinical support and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is positive, detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Front Office

●      Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism

●      Check patients in and out efficiently

●      Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

●      Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar

●      Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records

●      Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area

●      Assist with administrative projects and office organization

Clinical Support

●      Prepare patient charts prior to appointments

●      Escort patients to exam rooms

●      Obtain vital signs and document information accurately

●      Assist physicians with basic clinical tasks as needed

●      Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies

●      Help ensure patient flow throughout the day

●      Attend weekly team meetings

Qualifications

●      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

●      Warm, compassionate, and professional demeanor

●      Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

●      Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

●      Strong multitasking and time management skills

●      Comfortable learning new technology and electronic medical records

●      Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

●      Medical Assistant experience or certification is preferred but not required if you have relevant healthcare experience
