Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, and operations) to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.

Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process optimization opportunities.

Run SQL queries and leverage data visualization tools to validate assumptions, support business decisions, and monitor product KPIs.

Added advantage if has the domain knowledge on licensing models, entitlement logic, device inventory tracking, and compliance rules.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring clarity, traceability, and timely delivery.

Contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality, efficiency, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in IT or SaaS environments.

Preferable with experience with licensing, entitlement management, or device lifecycle management systems.

Proven ability to write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business context.

Hands-on experience in data querying (SQL), validation, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
