Cape Cod - Apprentice HVAC Service Technician

Service Area Plymouth/Cape Cod Office Location Bourne, Ma. 02532 Job Summary This position will assist the HVAC Technician in service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential setting servicing the Plymouth/Cape Cod area. Apprentice techs will have the opportunity to put their education to the test and execute their hard work from the classroom. Job Duties Services, maintains, and repairs residential HVAC systems Determines general condition of HVAC systems, can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, and determine extent of necessary repairs Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Wears floor savers while in the client’s home Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside Minimum Requirements Mechanical aptitude and basic set of tools Positive attitude & eagerness to learn HVAC trade experience desired NATE certification preferred Must display strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record Benefits Competitive hourly wages Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Plan with 50% company match Continuous classroom & on‑job training from HVAC Experts Company vehicle after apprentice period has ended Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
