Front Desk Agent - Maple Grove, MN Hotel Pet Solutions is a growing, multiple award‑winning pet company looking for enthusiastic and energized candidates who enjoy working with both dogs and people in a strong team environment. Responsibilities Make reservations and check guests in and out of daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Handle retail transactions and verify vaccinations. Give tours and perform other administrative duties. Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards. Cross‑train in dog care as opportunities arise. Qualifications Previous customer service experience is a plus. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Some administrative experience preferred. Pet/dog experience is a plus; interest in a career in the veterinarian, pet, or animal‑related industry is helpful. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and clean. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly compensation of $14–$15 (based on experience).
