Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (details to be discussed upon application)
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases within a Level I Trauma Center
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively
• Support post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Respond promptly to on-call requests (within 1 hour) with a minimum 2-hour callback
• Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and other perioperative teams
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and standards
• Support staffing needs to address ongoing shortages

What You Need:

• Valid MI RN license and NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1-year inpatient anesthesia experience
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in scheduled night and weekend call shifts
